Creating Your Personalized Action Plan!

Now that you’ve learned how to translate what your body is telling you about what any pain or disease you are experiencing is telling you about what’s off, now you get to the BEST part: how to use this information to shift into healing, happiness, and positive experiences.

In this lesson, I’ll show you, step-by-step, how to create a Healing Action Plan that works for you individually using your personal strengths.

You’ll learn to:

  1. Take the translation of your pain or disease and create a specific, personal plan to shift your mind, body, and life.

  2. How to go to the exact areas of your mind, body, and life that you need to work on, and you’ll be taken through the exact process you need (with nothing you don’t).

  3. You will pinpoint the exact steps YOU need for your success.

  4. You will understand the ways you learn best, and be taken through a personalized process to figure out specific practices that WILL work for you.
