Live calls with Tara!
On the live calls, I do a deep-dive on a topic that will help you to succeed in shifting your mind, body, and life.
I will also do on-the-spot translations for any pain or illness you are dealing with (as many as I can fit in to the time allotted), and offer coaching, support, and help however I can.
The calls will be held on the second Friday of the month at 10AM MST/11AM CST/12PM EST/9AM PST.
You can click below to set a calendar reminder for the upcoming calls. You can also sign up for upcoming Open Office 20 minute sessions!

Live call replays:
Missed a call? No biggie! You can always access all previous live calls below or in the Facebook group: www.facebook.com/blmembers.
I will also tag the recording with the topics we covered, so you can search by issue or body part and only get the ones that speak to that.
Search by issue or topic:
Looking for specific topics? Did you ask a question and would like to find my answer to you? Search below (i.e. put in your first name or a particular issue, such as shoulder pain), and it will give you all the live calls that talk about that in particular.
Live Call Replays:
The past year of the pandemic has left many of us afraid to believe in a better future. In this meditation, I take you through a journey of releasing any fear, worries, or burdens and actually visualizing your best future, stepping into it and allowing it to be in every cell of your being. It’s a powerful meditation, I promise!
I was getting SO many questions about why we were all feeling this collective exhaustion right now (and I was certainly dragging a bit myself), so I thought it was a great time to talk about why something like the anniversary of the COVID pandemic and shut downs would be triggering your body to react with tiredness, stress, worry, or whatever else it might be doing at the moment.
This is different than just pandemic fatigue; it’s literally your body remembering a trigger of a certain date and reacting.
In this live call, I answer a question from Jillian, who has not only gone through the loss of her beloved dad from COVID, but is also helping her two sons to navigate that grief, and now has right side pain. The pain she’s experiencing is a clear expression of the grief she’s not been able to feel in handling all that she has.
No matter who we are or what we’ve lost, grief and loss can get stuck in our bodies. It can be the death of a person, but it can also be the loss of anything else important to us - parts of our identity, an animal, a relationship, a job, a house, or anything else. For all of our wellbeing, knowing how to acknowledge, honor, express, and release grief is one of the most important pieces to staying well. I hope this class is a huge help to all of you!
In this Ask Tara Live, I first answer an interesting (and somewhat funny) question about tailbone pain, and I relate it to a time when I had tailbone pain and very much felt that I had been kicked in the booty by someone in my life.
Next, I take a live question from Angie, who is recovering from COVID and still has a sense of foggy brain and lack of concentration. The answer - and the hopeful solution - will help anyone who has found themselves feeling that way, COVID or not.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by the chaos and craziness happening in the world, this class will give you all the tools and practices you need to be able to feel centered, grounded, present, and connected.
Gratitude is one of the best ways to connect with all the things you desire, whether it’s healing from a disease, a new relationship, a new house, or whatever else it might be. In today’s live call, I take you through a meditation designed to fill your heart with gratitude for all you have in your life now, and to connect with gratitude for all that is flowing into your life. I hope this is a resource you can come back to again and again!
In today’s call, I start with a 5 minute grounding meditation to help you to feel more stable and grounded, even in these difficult, uncertain times.
Then, I answer two questions about rashes - which have two very different answers!
And, I answer a live question from Melissa about what could be at the root of celiac disease for her.
In today’s live call, I talk about how to develop resilience during the ongoing pandemic (and why it’s perfectly okay to not be okay right now), as well as what the pandemic says about the state of our collective immune system and sense of group safety.
Then, I answer two student questions and tie together long-standing patterns with bone spurs, pain, and ovarian cysts.
In Part 2 of this week’s class, I answer a very tough question from Julia, who writes about her abusive childhood and the pressure she is receiving to come back home and take care of her abusive dad, who is now sick.
This leads me to a discussion of the importance of healthy boundaries as we heal (and that boundaries are essential for healing), as well as why it’s okay to neither forgive nor forget. In addition, I talk about toxic spirituality or toxic positivity and why it’s so profoundly unhealthy (and how much more we are seeing of it lately).
This question was one that feel like really cut into the importance of all of this for healing, so please take a watch or listen!
In Part 1 of today's class, I give some follow up from the questions we had last week, and I add to my advice on how to retune a trigger to a new, more empowered way of being.
If you are dealing with something that seems like a trigger or a negative habit, hopefully the suggestions I give here will be a huge help to you.
I apologize for the video quality on this one; I had to move to another part of my house due to massive construction right behind my office, so I couldn’t plug directly into the ethernet.
In today’s live call, I tell you about a crazy healing experience I had, answer some great student questions, and talk about how to use a simple system to help yourself to feel better, more centered, and more empowered even in the crazy time in which we find ourselves.
I always say that I am one of my biggest skeptics as to all of this working all the time. As my recent experience with my right leg showed, it just works - and it often works staggeringly fast.
The first question is from Mark, who asks about the connection between prostate cancer, leg issues, and a bad relationship. My answer has a lot to do with his work and connection to identity.
The next question is from Denise, who asks about why she keeps getting a nauseating stomach pain every morning at exactly the same time. Is it a trigger? And to what?
Next, I talk about why people are getting so many headaches right at this moment in time, and what you can do to use that information to empower yourself even with everything you are dealing with right now. (Hint: Are you feeling like you are pounding your head into the wall right now? Are you feeling pressure?)
Finally, I give you a very simple process to help you stop feeling so overwhelmed and be able to use what you are experiencing to find an empowered way forward.
Want to submit a question?
If you know you’re not going to be able to make a live call, don’t worry! Just submit a question to have me answer it! If the call is too crowded and I can’t get to it live, I will answer it in a separate video which I’ll upload here as well.
To do so, just fill out the form below:
In this live class, I take you through 7 questions that have come in from 7 Body Language members, covering all 7 Stations.
It’s a great deep-dive into how you put together all the pieces to translate messages for yourself.
Here are the questions we covered; tune in above for all my translations!
