Ask Tara Live: Translating the Message of Breathing Difficulties

lung issues.jpg

In this Ask Tara Live, I answer two questions from course members about lung and breathing issues and what they might mean.

The first question is from Julie…she asks:

Hey Tara -

Have a bit of a complex issue for you.

I’ve had asthma off and on since childhood. I always thought it had something to do with allergies, but it went away completely when I went to college. That was a massive shock to me, but I was happy about it.

Now, all of the sudden, I am getting asthma again. I went through the Station 4 stuff in the course, but I am still having a hard time making a connection. Any idea what might be going on? Do you think I am getting allergies again? Or what’s up with this?

Thanks for taking a look at this for me -

Julie

The second question is from Selena:

Hi Tara-

My dad has COPD, and I am wondering if you could help me translate that.

What’s happening in his COPD is that he just cannot get enough air. He says that it feels like a tight band around him all the time. He also says that he feels like his right lung is tighter than his left, which he can’t really explain. When doctors look at it, he seems to have more scarring in his right lung than his left.

He is a Vietnam veteran, so the VA docs are saying that it could be exposure to chemicals in the war. But that doesn’t completely make sense to me; I wonder if there is a connection to my brother being absent from the family?

He also has high blood pressure in the right artery, so I feel like there’s got to be a connection there.

Thanks so much for any help - it’s horrible to see him struggling to breathe sometimes, and I’d love to see if I could help him by translating this and helping him to heal from whatever it is.

Have a good day -

Selena

The translations on these two questions is fascinating; tune in and check it out!

Ask Tara Live: Translating Pain and a Pain Release Meditation

pain release live call2.jpg

In this Ask Tara Live, we take a look at two very interesting cases of pains - one where the pain is moving, and one that’s radiating around.

After the translation, I take you through a powerful pain release meditation. I hope that it lifts everything off you and helps you to feel pain-free - or much less pain - right away!

Joe asks:

Dear Tara,

I am having  a strange pain that starts out in my foot and moves up to my hip. It’s on my left side, and it starts on the outer left side of my foot. It then travels up and feels like it’s going to the inside of my knee, then moves back out to my hip.

It’s kind of a deep ache when it’s in my foot, but when I feel it in my knee, it’s more of a stabbing pain when I step forward.

When it makes it to my hip, it’s again more of an ache.

I can’t figure this one out. The only thing I can think is that it’s something to do with me starting my own business and not feeling supported. I don’t understand why it’s moving around.

Can you help me see what this might be?

Thanks so much,

Joe

And Marina wants to know:

Hey Tara,

I have back pain that is in my low back and it radiates out and around, sometimes up to my stomach. It’s always on the left side. I’ve been to doctors and they don’t see anything wrong. I went to a chiropractor and she said that my left hip is lower than my right, so she adjusted me for that. However, my hip keeps sliding back down every time I see her.

I can’t figure out what is going on with this. Can you give any insight?

Thanks so much -

Marina
