First, you get to choose which 3-Hour Decode Session works for you- so you can hopefully pick one that you can attend. If you choose one and cannot attend it due to an emergency, reach out and I will get you scheduled in a future session. You’ll get the recording of the 3-hour live Decode Sprint that you were supposed to attend, plus you can schedule your slot in one of the Insight Circles. You’ll still receive all the materials and have all the other access.

The main intensive is where you learn the 7 Step Body Decode process to be able to translate the messages of your body, and you get the translation of the message from YOUR body (we do this in an interactive way, so you WILL have the message by the end of this intensive). You also learn how to start building your full, personalized healing plan and walk away with as much of the plan as we can get done in the 3 hours.
The Insight Circles happen later to help you integrate, get additional clarity, and receive more personalized guidance as your body shifts. You’ll select from one of the many upcoming Insight Circle opportunities, schedule your time slot, and come for insight, help with additional translating, healing support, or whatever you need. You get this support from me personally.

I also believe wholeheartedly that you should ALWAYS get a proper diagnosis for anything you are dealing with, and to work with your medical team on any issues. I work in conjunction with medical teams all the time - and at NO time should you stop medication or treatment without discussing with your healthcare professional. The work I do is complementary to medical treatment; it does not and should not replace it.
